Job Description

·        Sales & marketing strategy align with the business strategy.

·        Develop sales and sales of chemical ingredients and implement potential projects Manage customer’s deals, supplier communication, key client’s management, and sourcing ingredients for new project.

·        Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

·        Meeting planned sales goals.

·        Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

·        Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

·        Conduct market research and identify market trends.

·        Set sales strategies to achieve the sales target of dealers / projects customer as assigned.

·        Identify new opportunities to increase sales channels.

·        Analyze on market situation and competitor activities.

·        Monitor, record, analyzes and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to sales activities.

·        Plan, Organize, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new product launch plan, set up pricing according to price structure, develop and implement trade and consumer promotions.

·        Plan, develop and execute support marketing communication campaigns and programs aligned with strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives with acquired budget and control implementation under scheduled time-line.

·        Sales and performance analysis, identify growth trends, opportunities and area of weaknesses in sales along with proposed corrective marketing actions.

·        Other duties may be assigned as required.

·         Responsible for driving the success of the products distribution line through market penetration, development and business model management.

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor Degree in B.E (Chemical), BSc (Chemistry), BSc (I.C).

·         Age between (25-45).

·         Minimum 5 yrs experience in related field.

·         Familiar with chemical products and its ingredients and raw material.

·         Must be fluent in English.

·         Long-term candidates are preferred.

·         Must have valid driving license and driving.

·         Must be able to have management skill, decision making skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, analytical skill and organization skill.

·         Office location is Puzontaung township.
