· Female, Age Between 30 ~ 45 .
· Any graduated with Diploma in Sales & Sales Management.
· ACCA (or) LCCI level – 3
· Minimum (3-5) years experiences in Sales Admin field.(Tyre Distribution is more preferable).
· Understanding sales planning and administration management knowledge.
· Excellent and Creative Organizational Planning & Organizing,Information, Monitoring, Meeting
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and Leadership skills.
· Understanding ISO Knowledge,SOP,SAP and CRM.
· Ability to motivate and lead a team.
· Team Player with proven ability to work under pressure.
· Understanding of Company's Product and Market.
· Perfect in Computer skill/English Speaking Skill.
· Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation skill, Customer relationship Management.
· Taking 100% Responsibility and accountability.
