Position - Assistant Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibility
· Managing the sales team.
· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.
· Good relationship between organization and clients.
· Analyze and maintain the performance of sales team.
· Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems.
· Provide guidance with customer disputes, pricing errors, cash handling, security etc.
· Checking final quotations and prices to ensure customer needs.
· Work with management team to ensure sales goals are met.
· Sharing technical knowledge and sales information.
· Good cooperation with warehouse department for checking the new generators once the container arrive.
· Must be MBA graduated with strong sales & marketing knowledge and experiences in engineering field.
· Age between 35 and 45
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Email.
· Fluent in English Language.
- At least 3 years sales experiences with generator or other electrical products .
· Professionalism, integrity, honesty, reliability passion for work, and accountability.
· Adaptable to company’s culture, policies and procedures.
· Able to motivate team members to achieve sales target.
· Excellence in conceptual skills and analytical skills, communications skills and negotiation skills.
· Can drive and be willing to go travel.
- Must be able to work on long term and work under pressure.
