Duties & Responsibilities

·       Good relationship between organization and clients.

·       Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan.

·       Analyze and maintain the performance of sales team.

·       Checking final quotations and prices to ensure customer needs.

·       Handling customers ‘complaints and inquiry

·       Work with management team to ensure sales goals are met.

·       Sharing technical knowledge and sales information.

·       Prepare Sales report by collecting, analyzing, summarizing and accountable for the sales profit results

·       Coordinate & collaborate with other departments

( Account & Finance , Logistics , Warehouse , etc. )

Skills & Competencies (Requirement)

·       Any Degree with strong sales & marketing knowledge and experiences in engineering field

·       At least 3 years sales & marketing experiences with electrical products

·       Age under 40 years old

·       Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Email

·       Fluent in English Language.

·       Professionalism, integrity, honesty, reliability passion for work, and accountability

·       Adaptable to company’s culture, policies and procedures

·       Able to motivate team members to achieve sales target

·       Excellence in conceptual skills and analytical skills, communications skills and negotiation skills

·       Can drive and be willing to go travel

·       Must be able to work on long term and work under pressure

Working Hours  -           09:00 Am to 05:30 Pm

Holidays              -           Sunday and Gazette Holidays
