Job Description/Requirements

1. Organising & planning meetings with different departments
2. Taking notes, writing minutes during meetings & communicating with the Team
3. Preparation & communication of circulars, notices, information & reports as and when required
4. Operation related report compilation and generation from different departments on a regular basis
5. Organising travel & itineraries of Management Team
6. Various ad hoc requests of the team (if applicable)
1. Well versed with MS Office (especially in excel, word & powerpoint) & other related computer applications
2. Should have at least 1 to 2 years experience of the same job role
3. Good communication skills & professional presentation
4. Should be honest, respectful & trustworthy
5. Graduate with computer knowledge
6. Should have good command over Burmese & English
