Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct the training needs analysis by coordinating with the concerned business unit heads and department heads as per the identified period
- Design and develop the annual training plan and its program based on TNA (Included budgets)
- Develop the facilitation of the outsource training if require
- Design and Develop the effective on-boarding training program
- Develop the customized training syllabus for in house courses
- To design and facilitate in-house events
- Manage to execute the training program evaluation process (Included trainers and trainees)
- Conduct the job analysis to be more productive employee
- Coordinate the facilitation of the succession planning session with the concerned business unit head and department heads
- Initiate the employee well-being and employee engagement
- Make the report on employee training progress to concerned Department Heads, HR Manager and Management.
Competency
Knowledge – Any Graduate (Business Related Degree is more preferred)
: Must Have MRD Diploma
: Must Have 5 Years’ Experience in HR Field and 3 Years’ hand on Experience in HRD
