Job Description/Requirements
Strategy and Planning
· Drive various strategic initiatives and projects for organizational development
· Initiates, leads and/or supports projects that have a high level of complexity and visibility/impact across the organization.
· Develops and maintains an understanding of overall business functions with in-depth knowledge of specific areas/functions and related activities.
· Provides expertise in development of business goals and objectives to exploit all distribution channels, leverage use of data, and simplify processes
· Participates in the planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of new and modifications to existing applications and processes to provide new or improved capabilities, products, and/or services
· Execute strategic projects to include topics such as identifying market opportunities for new products/businesses, scoping new channels or business opportunities, market sizing, building business cases, supporting due diligence for potential acquisitions, compiling background learnings on strategic problems, framing strategic approaches to business issues
· Understanding the consumer's needs through market research and study similar software products to identify the competitive market. Identify opportunities and close the competitive gap
· Work effectively in cross-functional teams, having demonstrated strong partnerships with both internal and external business partners and alliances
· Perform ad hoc analyses to help the business make strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and drive towards efficiency
· Responsible for conducting research, quantitative analysis, and modeling that support modules of the company's strategic plan

Qualifications Required:
· An excellent academic background with undergrad/postgrad degree preferably in Finance/Banking, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering and Technology, from internationally recognized institutions
· A very good command of both written and verbal English
· Strong knowledge of financial industry and trends, in Myanmar and South East Asia Region
· Ability to take ownership over requirements and meet short- and long-term deliverables
· Ability to develop task-based project plans identifying deliverables, business owners, and key deadlines and socializing these plans with the project team
