Asst HR Manager ( For Urgent)
Job Summary
Reports To The Assistant HR Manager will report to MD, ED, and COO Job Overview Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
Ø Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Ø Performing in-person and phone interviews, reference and background checks with candidates
Ø Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Ø Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
Ø Responsible for Monthly Salary, Tax, SSB, Staff Medical Charges, Staff Welfare
Ø Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting
Ø personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews,
Ø and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Ø Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions,
Ø Performance review
Ø Completing timely reports on employment activity
Ø Conducting and check Upper Myanmar all Branch salary
Ø Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Ø Conducts wage surveys within the labor market to determine the competitive wage rate
Ø Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts
Ø Exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
Ø Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Ø Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs
Ø Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting
Human resources function and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
Bachelor’s degree (BSc, B.A.)
Four or five years of experience in the HR field.
one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Good English - reading, and writing
Email, Internet, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and others
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Diploma (or) Certificate of HR Degree preferred.
