- 2nd level fault management of PS core products- Troubleshooting on Faults/alarms in SGSN/GGSN/S-GW/PDN-GW/DNS/PCRF/Cloud Platform etc.
- Emergency handling, Change request handling, KPI & Customer complaint handling, 2nd level Preventive Maintenance, Event Management.
- Life cycle management, Risk management, Security management, Acceptance Testing.
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/Computers
- Strong awareness of Information Security and protection
- Fluent in English communication ( verbal & written)
- Good knowledge of PS Core interface level protocols like GPRS Tunneling Protocol, UDP, Diameter, PS Core network call flow for GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE etc..
