Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties     

Ø  Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

Ø  Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans

Ø  Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

Ø  Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

Ø  Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs

Ø  Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

Ø  Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Ø  Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Ø  Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Ø  liaising and negotiating with the regulatory (Myanmar FDA) and tender process.

Ø  Assist to regulations (Myanmar FDA) and tender process.

Ø  ensuring compliance with regulations set by Myanmar FDA

      Ø   planning, undertaking, and overseeing product trials and regulatory inspections

      Ø   keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines

      Ø   using a variety of specialist computer applications

      Ø  providing advice about regulations to manufacturers/scientists

Ø     ensuring that quality standards are met and submissions meet strict deadlines

      Ø   preparing documentation for FDA   Registration.

Ø   Fully understand the key tender requirements for each tender undertaken with close management of the deliverables list.

Ø Manage and coordinate the tender preparation, including liaising with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers to obtain the information required to allow submission of the tender including   but not limited to, total costs and overall margins

Ø Responsible for providing support to the procurement function throughout the tendering process including; preparing materials for all tenders, proposals, pre-qualifications, and client presentations.

      Ø Fully review new tender invitations to assess client technical, commercial, and legal requirements.

Ø Fully understand the key tender requirements for each tender undertaken with close management of the deliverables list.

Ø   Manage and coordinate the tender preparation, including liaising with internal stakeholders/ customers/ suppliers to obtain the information required to allow submission of the tender including but not limited to, total costs and over margins.

Job Requirement

Ø  Any Bachelor Degree

Ø  At least 5 years experience in distribution industry-related role ( Myanmar FDA)

Ø  Diploma in sales and marketing management

Ø  Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

Ø  Leadership and human resources management skill and excellent organizational skill

Ø  Strong written communication and verbal communication skill

Ø  Proficiency in MS Office

Ø  Travel may be required to other office locations.
