Job Description

Develop Thematic or Tactical Brand Plans aligned with

company’s objectives and goals

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights & lead creative

development process collaborated with agencies and

stakeholders to motivate the target audience to “take action”

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns,

and assess KPIs

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and

competitors’ activities

Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and

tactics


Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, marketing, or related field;

MBA (or related Master’s) preferred

2. Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Asst. Brand

Manager in FMCG with Nutrition Background

3. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing planning and

execution

4.Experience in identifying target audiences and devising

effective campaigns

A minimum of 4 years in marketing / brand management. Wider

exposure to sales, brand marketing, consumer insights will be a

value add.
