Job Description

Principle Accountabilities;

  • Manage a team in Agency channel.
  • Help the team to learn the basics of Life Insurance and techniques of selling Life Insurance Products
  • Plan and execute agent recruitment drives, onboarding and training.
  •  Drive team to achieve KPIs around business APE, activation, new agent onboarding and quality of business.
  • Drive rewards and recognition program for team.
  • Prepare sales execution plans, set targets and monitor sales performance reports
  • Build strong professional relationships with agents and agency leaders to build an effective growing team
  • Responsible for achieving daily, monthly, yearly targets of Sales & Agent acquisition
  • Lay out performance improvement plan for underperforming agents and management associates
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication
  • Good Presentation Skill
