Job Description/Requirements
- Manage a team in Agency channel.
- Train the team on the basics of Life Insurance and techniques of selling Life Insurance Products
- Plan and execute agent recruitment drives, onboarding and training.
- Drive team to achieve KPIs around business APE, activation, new agent onboarding and quality of business.
- Drive rewards and recognition program for team.
- Prepare sales execution plans, set targets and monitor sales performance reports
- Build strong professional relationships with agents and agency leaders to build an effective growing team
- Responsible for achieving daily, monthly, yearly targets of Sales & Agent acquisition
- Lay out performance improvement plan for underperforming agents and management associates
- Strong Sales and Sales Team Management Experience (5-7 years) with high execution orientation
- Strong people-related soft skills. Interpersonal management skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
- Displays high learning orientation and likes to innovate to achieve goals.
- Believes in a Mobile first and technology driven approach.
- Ability to train/coach/motivate the team on products and soft skills
- Ability to manage dynamic tasks and work independently
- Experience in financial services industry preferred but not mandatory
- Team Management Experience (3-5 years)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
