  • Cutting beef, chicken and fish and preparing orders 
  • Ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store.
  • Cut and weigh steaks, chops, etc. for individual servings;
  • Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered
  • Properly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays


Job Requirement

  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Knowledge of fresh food and meats, Roasted Kitchen
  • Able to work night/ early morning shift
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
