- Cutting beef, chicken and fish and preparing orders
- Ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store.
- Cut and weigh steaks, chops, etc. for individual servings;
- Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered
- Properly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays
Job Requirement
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Knowledge of fresh food and meats, Roasted Kitchen
- Able to work night/ early morning shift
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
