- To plan and implement Channel Development Strategy for Sales and Distribution.
- Manage relationship with Distributors around Myanmar, and try to improve sales from them.
- Manage Distributor Sales Force with a team of Channel Development Executives.
- Analyze and report Sales and Distribution Situation of regions.
- Develop Overall Sales Strategy and Promotion for Distributors.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in Sales and Distribution Management is a must.
- Communication and Presentation skills in English
- Customer Relationship Management skill is essential
- Must have knowledge of analyzing Market Situation across Myanmar
- Must Have knowledge of analyzing Market Situation across Myanmar
- Must have experience in sales forecasting and target setting.
