Job Description/Requirements


The Chief Accountant, F&B will report directly to the Finance Manager and Management and serve on the Finance Department.


2.        JOB SUMMARY

2.1    Assist and conduct all aspects of Accounting and Financial Control,    
   as Internal Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). 

2.2    Supervise to Senior Accountant for Account Payable supervising, checking and    

              Tracking   Invoices and arranging regular payments as per due date.

2.3    Supervise to Senior Accountant for issuing and handling accounts receivable

   Invoices and tracking regular receipt as per credit period.

2.4   Supervise to Senior Accountant generating & checking monthlyfinancial statements 

            and preparing periodical reports, including governmental reports and JV partner’s

            reports, accurately and in timely manner.

2.5    Coordination with Senior Accountant in contractual issues including review of

  Contracts/Agreements with Government, JV Partners, Potential Partners, Suppliers

  and Service Providers

      2.6   Communicating and dealing with Government Officials as required. Supporting

         and dealing with auditors for local, overseas, Government and partners’ Audits by  

         doing with Finance Team Members.

 2.7    Finally prepared the Statement of Comprehensive Income in accordance with      

         International Financial Reporting Standard.

 2.8    Finally prepared the Statement of Financial Position in accordance with       I

         International Financial Reporting Standard.

      2.9  Directly report of statement of Comprehensive Income and Statement of Financial  

             Position to Finance Manager for Reviewing and Analyzing this Report. 

      2.10   Coordination with Other Departments including ( Procurement, Sales Teams and Other

               Management Team) for smoothing Supply Chain Management.

      2.11  Train and Tink Tank View with Other Finance Team Members






3.1    Comply with the Ethic of Accountant 

3.2    Maintain in Moral of Professional Competence and Due Care

3.3    Learns the Accounting Standard Continuously to conduct the accounting Matters

3.4    Work the Job with creatively and motivate and Coordinately with Team Members.

       3.5   Coordinate with Finance Manager for Business Strategic decision making



3.6    Making the SWOT Analysis using External and Internal Environmental Factors






4.1     Preferable  Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 

4.2     Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and ACCA (or) CIMA




5.1        Minimum of 3-5  years in a similar role with experience in related Accounting.

5.2        Knowledge of the Accounting and Competitive Skill in Accounting.

      5.3      Proof of previous work success.




6.1        Good communication and presentation skills are required; fluency in English 

6.2        Command of negotiation skills;

6.3        Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to achieve all corporate objectives.

6.4        Strong network of connections is an asset 



7.1           Environment: External Environment (PESTEL), Internal Environment (5 Forces) Office & Food and Beverage/Hospitality environment. Standard hours must be maintained. Additional hours may be necessary to provide support for special functions related to the Organization success.
