Job Summary
Chief Account analyze every day financial activities and provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. Typical duties include reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing financial forecasts.

Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee the operations of all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Fixed Assets, Month-end accruals, and provisions.
- Responsible for year-end closing and the preparation of the monthly financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end management financial reports.
- Review and approve all payment transactions: reimbursements, payments on accounts, vouchers, checks, etc.
- Handles year-end-closing and monthly financial statements.
- Review balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Liaise with external government institutions and act as the main contact for internal and external audits.
- Respond to all queries related to financial matters.
- Recommend and draft financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain the accounting manual up to date and ensure the adherence to the manual and all policies and procedures.
- Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets.
- Administer all balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
- Reviews account payables and weekly check runs.
- Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
- Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance Management.
- Experience in creating a budget, accounting guidelines, end of year accounts, and external liaison with auditors.
- 5-7 years at least in the Supervisory level, background in l Restaurant .

- Managed the financial reporting, consolidation and financial analysis process to ensure that the firm financial information is accurate, methodic, timely and meets business needs.
