- Chinese Speaking

- No experiences in related field
- Computer Basic
- Must have Chinese Language skill
- Must be able to answer customer call
- Must be able to explain service call
- Interpreting customer requirements
- Good communications with customers
- Persuading clients that service will best satisfy their needs
- Following up customer complains submitted clients
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports to Manager
