Commercial Assistant
Job Summary
The main responsibility is to perform secretarial role, and provide documentation and administrative supporting services, to support data management and work processes
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor

Job Description/Requirements
· Provide assistance to Commercial function, which includes set up telephone and video conference, develop meeting summaries, set up meeting room, prepare meals, and any other secretarial work
· Organize travel arrangements, including for booking hotel rooms, air-ticket, transportation, and develop travel itinerary
· Act as point of contact for Commercial function in regards to scheduling meeting with internal and external parties
· Follow up on unresolved issues and arrange follow-up meeting if needed
· Perform administrative and documentation works as assigned in the function
· Enter data into the system assist Commercial Director and Managers in record keeping and some operational tasks.
· Maintain and manage documentation filing process into system
· Forward information to relevant parties and ensure that receiving parties are fully informed of activities/ transactions/ processes to be implemented
· Identify and respond appropriately to problems, and ensure that issues are solved
· Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
