The main functions of the Programme Intern include:
Assist in social media and communications activities of Access to Health programme and Takeda-funded
Assist in managing social media content calendar, social media posts engagement, and evaluation.
Conduct social media monitoring regularly and contribute in the development of health messaging and
communication materials related with health activities and cross cutting themes.
Assist in logistic arrangements and coordination activities, as required, in terms of profiling partners/
organizations, organizing meetings, workshops, forums and events, and documentation.
Assist in Youth capacity strengthening activities for Access to Health Fund programme and Takedafunded project
Support uploading of digital contents for e-newsletters, documentation and information sharing
through Access to Health webpage, and social media channels in English and Myanmar languages on a
Support the translation of information materials of internal and external communications products into
English, Myanmar and Shan language
Support and provide inputs in preparing health risk information and relevant analysis.
Support the compilation and qualitative analysis of Most Significant Change stories from the projects
shared by implementing partners to the Fund, and producing a success stories publication highlighting
good practices and changes.
Assist with the compilation, information analysis, and writing of Fund/ project reports, correspondents
and communication materials including 2021 progress and annual reports.
Assist in communications-related procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, assisting in the
preparation of terms of reference, preparing requisitions/purchase orders and follow up accordingly.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
