Job Description

1. Manage 3rd party careline and lead Careline Project for MM

CBU

2. Manage consumer complaint process as aligned SOP via

careline

3. Develop digital marketing plan aligned with company’s

objectives and goals

4. Measure and report performance of responsible digital

marketing campaigns, and assess KPIs

5. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

6.Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and

tactics


Job Requirement

1.Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, marketing, or related field;

MBA (or related Master’s) preferred

2. Proven working experience as Asst. Brand Manager /Digital

Marketing in FMCG/Digital/Telecom

3. Experience in careline management/consumer complaints

4. Proven ability to develop digital marketing planning and

execution

5. Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, including CRM

campaigns, online tracking tools, with an understanding of digital

advertising metrics (CPM/CPC/CPA)

A minimum of 4 years in digital marketing. Wider exposure to

brand marketing/consumer insights will be a value add.
