Coordinator (Regional Admin & Fleet Control)

Job Summary

Checking regional expense claims, fleet claims, PR/PO preparation for regional O&M jobs such as DG/BB swaps. Documentation control of O&M job acceptance.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Job Description
  •           Prepare PR based on reginal team validated job scope
  •           Follow up with procurement for cost validation
  •          Work with finance and O&M vendors for invoicing and PO closure
  •          Check with finance for PO cancellation, GR creation, PO deduction
  •           Monthly MS fee PR raising and PO creation for O&M vendors
  •          Verify expense claims, OT claims submitted by field supervisors
  •           Ensure acceptance documents sent by vendors are aligned with defined checklists and standards
  •           Coordinate with fleet vendors for fleet claims and vehicle inspection plan
  •          Work closely with O&M departmental administrator and assist departmental administration works
  •           Support regional remote offices administration
  •           Other suitable jobs assigned by the management if required


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Holder
  • Minimum 3-year experiences in administration or procurement support
  • Advance Excel Skills
  • Good Knowledge in MS office
