Job Summary
Checking regional expense claims, fleet claims, PR/PO preparation for regional O&M jobs such as DG/BB swaps. Documentation control of O&M job acceptance.

- Prepare PR based on reginal team validated job scope
- Follow up with procurement for cost validation
- Work with finance and O&M vendors for invoicing and PO closure
- Check with finance for PO cancellation, GR creation, PO deduction
- Monthly MS fee PR raising and PO creation for O&M vendors
- Verify expense claims, OT claims submitted by field supervisors
- Ensure acceptance documents sent by vendors are aligned with defined checklists and standards
- Coordinate with fleet vendors for fleet claims and vehicle inspection plan
- Work closely with O&M departmental administrator and assist departmental administration works
- Support regional remote offices administration
- Other suitable jobs assigned by the management if required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Holder
- Minimum 3-year experiences in administration or procurement support
- Advance Excel Skills
- Good Knowledge in MS office
