facilitate in curriculum developing process.
oversee and support in developing curriculum.
coordinate with curriculum teams of service providers organizations (SJN-CBE, KED, NSI) in order to accomplish the project activities fruitfully.
work directly with the consultant team, including sharing information and developing capacity in curriculum development.
conduct curriculum and teachers training workshops with members of the service provider organizations, if required.
manage the implementation activities of the budget, including setting budget and preparing expense details for the activity cost that assigned to lead.
prepare for the reporting and submit to Project Manager, especially reporting overview status of the activity that assigned to lead.
work with curriculum teams of service provider organizations in order to enable in developing contextualized and culture relevant curriculum, especially for the specialized subject.
work with Research/Materials Team in school visiting.
Carrying out additional jobs assigned by the organization in consideration of the current workload and translation of some documents.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor degree
Must have at least Two years of experience working related area.
Must have proficiency in Myanmar, English and prefer in local languages.
Must be ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
Must have ability to cope with under pressure and change Wiliness to work a flexible schedule
Must be a good team player and able to motivate other team members.
Must be able to work in multicultural with diverse ethnic, religious and institutional
Conditions and Terms:
This position is a full-time role.
There is a three-month probation period (unless waivered or reduced).
Employment conditions and entitlements are established to Nyein’s HR policies
The duty station for work is Myitkyina.
There will be travel to Kachin State and Northern Shan State associated with this
