· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Telecommunication and Engineering background knowledge is preferable)
· Strong ability to deal with customer complaints
· Proficient in MS office word, excel and power point.
· Must have experience with customer support
· Good command of English
· Willing to learn and improve one's skill
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service field
· Can work under pressure
