Customer Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set.
  • Development and behavior to achieve team/function goals.
  • Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Customer.
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Customer Development behavior as part of continuous learning.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding.
  • Building sales team efficiencies through training and development for the pharmacy channel.

Requirements

  • 5 years experiences in Consumer Goods OR FMCG fields.
  • Proven customer development/account management experience in fast moving
    consumer goods.
  • Track competition activity and suggest ideas to grow sales and distribution.
