Job Description

·         -Any graduated (More prefer with Certificate or Diploma in Customer Relationship Management).

          -Age between 23 to 30.

·         -2 to 3 Years work experience with customer service and relationship management experience.

·        - Ability to manage relationships both internal and external and multi-task.

·         -Intuitive to customer’s needs.

·         -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.

·         -Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)

·         -Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.

·        - Active, Self-motivated, flexible.

·         -Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

·         -Teamwork and leadership skills.

·         -Customer-oriented mindset.
