·        Degree

·        At least ( 5 ) years Experienced in related field.

·        Ability to communicate effectively with people within a multinational environment

·        Demonstrates analytical, meticulous and accuracy in the job

·        Conversant in English is an advantage

Job Summary 

·       Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns

Provide information about products and services

·       Instruct patient to fill health checking form. 

·       Act as liaisons among governing boards, medical staff and departments heads

·       Handle returns or complaints

·       Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

·       Research answers or solutions as needed

·       Refer customers to others who can help

·       Take patients to the related room.

·       Conclusion, stamp health stamp.

·       Instruct patient to check at each faculty, consult and support patient’s question.

·       Perform other duties assigned by top management
