One of Flymya’s products is a reservation software for Hotels, named Switch.cm by Flymya. 

Switch.cm is formed by a team of experts working in-office and remotely. We have three teams: the Commercial team formed by Business Developers, Regional Managers and a Commercial Owner, the Technology team composed by developers and the Customer Service (CS) team, formed by CS agents that is responsible for keeping 24-hour relationship with our customers & business partners. We are currently restructuring our CS team and we want to start from the top: hiring a new manager with passion is people development and excellence in online customer service.

The main goal of the Customer Service team is to provide high quality support to local and international users and potential users (leads). Switch’s users are hotels, hostels, guest houses and vacation rentals. Switch.cm is a full-featured hospitality system and we are affiliated with Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other big players of the global tourism market. 

As a Customer Service Manager you will participate actively in enlarging the current CS team and managing them in the long-run. Tasks involved in accomplishing this mission are: recruiting and onboarding new team members, having them as your direct report and be the responsible for their career progression.

Your duties will include:

  • Recruit, train and onboard new team members

  • Manage the CS Hotels team, including career management and skill-set development

  • Ownership of escalated tickets, issues with OTAs, Trello cards and side-projects

  • Customer support via Gorgias

  • Solve and Investigate eventual OTA-related issues

  • Support and test new functions

  • Revise work from the CS team, such as new tutorials for new functions, stress-test, etc

  • Other duties may be assigned

At Flymya, our product owners are responsible for solving complex technical problems.  They work with senior leadership team members and developers to build unique products and solutions for our company.

Here are our salary bands (commensurate with experience & skills):

  • Junior Product Owner - 1,320,000 MMK per month

  • Product Owner - 1,650,000 to 4,125,000 MMK per month

  • Senior Product Owner - 4,125,000 MMK per month

  • Director of Product - 4,950,000 MMK and up
