- Open and maintain the patients’ accounts by recording transaction and patients’ account
- Know how to resolve pets’ owners’ complaint by listening what the problems are
- Work closely with vet technicians and vet surgeons to get patients’ feedback
- Work closely with marketing team in the case of market analysis
- Prepare the reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and follow up calls
- Play major roles to achieve customer satisfaction
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensureresolution
- Keep records of patients for follow up cases (customer retention program)
- Resolve customer complaints via phone and email
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Close out or open call records
Requirement
- Any university degree holder with 1-2 years of experiences as a customer services field
- Must be cheerful person and work under pressure
- Able to manage complaints timely
- Good attitude and good team spirit
