Job Description/Requirements

  1. Be an key communicator for clients and monitor customer service requisition via digital management matters

  2. Build up strong, long-term client relationships by keeping the contact with the clients

  3. Increase and improve customer service experiences by engaging

  4. Taking concerns and responsibilities of customers’ issues by analyzing, troubleshooting, communication and track problem until resolved, speed up the problem solving

  5. Maintain a customer precise records and standard service actions and discussion relationship management database

  6. Evaluate digital campaigns achievement and compile accurate reports

  7. Make a report for client inquiries effectively and in a well-timed manner

  8. Regulate resources and develop assets to achieve quality and quantity achievement

  9. Propose, design and implement digital projects to grow customer return

  10. Develop digital strategies for the business promotion and new product line by considering customer detailed requirements

  11. Empower social media content creation and accountable for company publications

  12. Keep up-to-date with digital technology movements

  13. Increase all over customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer support metrics

  14.  Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree is a MUST

• B.Sc (or) a relevant Bachelor's Degree and a IT Qualification

Experience: Minimum Customer Servicing Experience is two years

• Serving experience in an international school or equivalent will be an advantage.

• Must be able to communicate in English, Myanmar

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Salary : Negotiable
