- Minimum (1) year expedience in Hardware / Network Installation and Troubleshooting.
- Must have able to use MS office tools and sufficient skill must have in public relation.
- Any graduated
- Must have English 4 skills
- Good customer service skills
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Mainly answer phone calls professionally and handle customer complaints(Both technical ans non-technical), provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up the ensure resolution
- keep phone call records exactly and timely with excel and report to relevant department daily, weekly and monthly via mail at every morning.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Route calls to appropriate resource and follow up customer calls when necessary and also keep records customer's feedback.
- Customer Service Management & SLA Management
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- To do tasks given by Supervisor, Manager and others immediate duties depend on condition.
