Job Description/Requirements

RH is a distributor of international home appliance products (Alpha and Syinix Electronics). We are hiring a Social Media Manager to be based in our Yangon office to oversee the social media marketing strategy and content of our various online channels.

Candidate need to prepare sample project before interview.


The sample project will be about Chest Freezers Launch. How would you organize an activity or a campaign to launch the freezer in an interesting and creative way? This will allow you to demonstrate your creativity and marketing knowledge.


There will be second interview process.

 

Responsibilities

* Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for our Real Estate, Telecommunications and Consumer Retail businesses

* Define most important social media KPIs

* Manage and implement social media content

* Measure the success of every social media campaign

* Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

* Use social media marketing tools

* Develop copywriting and design to ensure content is informative and appealing

* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams

* Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

* Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

* Familiarity with social media management tools such as Canva.

* Excellent knowledge of social media best practices

* Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

* Ability to generate audience and buyer personality analysis and transform into targeted content

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

* Proven track record of using social media generate brand awareness and impressions

* Good understanding of social media KPIs

* Familiarity with web design and publishing

* Strong communication skills

* Willingness to accept challenges and work under pressure

* Excellent multitasking skills

* Good time-management skills

* Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

* BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

* Fluency in Burmese and English

 

Skills:

• Self-driven and ambitions, willing to challenge the limits

• Tech savvy and analytical thinker

• Well organized with high project management skills

• Good interpersonal skills for relationship management

• Ability to multi-task and be hands-on on multiple projects at once

• Experience in graphic design is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to video-shoot and video-edit.
