Job Description/Requirements
Job Description
1.To responsible and check service tool lists after daily job finished (If tools loss, you must be pay for the required value of tools)
2.To Prepare and plan for required tools and part lists to meet job nature before go to job site.
3.To resolve customer complain as soon as posible and try to get customer satisfication.
4.Need to follew up customer (such as genset running condition, running hours and to inform for genset PM if need.
5.To handover the daily service record form to service admin.
6.To prepare for PDI of genset, check PDI and give the feedback to sale team if PDI done and satisfied for PDI.
7.To Handle and responsible the genset commission process (Such as; to advise customer and sales team for correct cable size selection, to inspect and advise sale team and customer for earthing process,to do correct cable installation in genset (only on genset side) and to conduct genset operation training for customer or user)
8.Wire Installation and ATS installation of the genset at site.
9.Visit customer site to perform commissoning ,Planning detail for each commissioning.
To check and inspect the service vehicle before go to trip, if you found any other damge on vehicle immediately inform to your HOD with observate photo.

Good Computer Skill ( Word, Excel)Internet, E-Mail
Must have a good relationship.
Minimun 2 years of experience in related field.
