Executive Service Engineer
This Executive Service Engineer position is for KMN's Air Compressor division. You will be responsible to provide services in this sector. 

Job Specifications & Requirements

-  Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 2-3 year Service Experience in Air Compressor or Air Conditional process. (OR)


-  Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 3-4 year Service Experience in Air Compressor or Air Conditional process.


-  Age

Above 30 years old.


-  Must have good communication, positive thinking, open-minded, conceptual skills and interpersonal skills.


-  Good leadership and decision making, analytical & logical.


-  Able to work on own initiative.


-  Excellent in multi-tasking, adequate knowledge of Service Management principles.


-  Good command in English 4 skills.


-  Computer literate in MS Office, Email.


-  Active and able to travel.


-  Report to Manager.


Job Descriptions/ Duties & Responsibilities
1 – Able to manage and arrange on daily preferable service plans such as prevent, regular, urgent.
2 – Communicate to Manager as soon as possible when the service plan changes or converts the situations or difficulties in order to complete works and effective services.
3 – Check the service records to complete filling the data after done the services, and then, record in Excel Sheet due to info informing and discussing with Manager always, that how is the machine's situations, conditions, considerations, etc.
4 – Able to report for new or existing projects in consideration, measuring, calibration, counting and calculating the Material List, Project Situation, Process & Procedure, Time Frame, Manpower, Required Equipment, etc. after surveyed.
5 – Must take responsible & accountability by answering or serving for problem solving on any Mechanical or Electrical service issues by Email or Viber to customers as soon as possible, and try best to get more confident by learning Technical issues which misunderstanding, misusing. (By using 'Problem Solving Viber Group' in order to gain more experience and be able to apply effectively)6 - Due to providing Incentive on 20% of Service Charges, serve the services organized with service team anytime(24 hrs)
7 - Able to learn continuously in FUSHENG Product knowledge of Air Compressor & Accessories as Customer satisfaction is an important of business in order to understand very well and perfect services accompanied with marketing team if required.
8 - Follow up and Keep in touch with existing Customers, regarding for maintenance or Preventive service according to service plans.
9 - Able to attend to Product Knowledge/ Service Training when provided by FSVN, then apply effectively by teaching, discussing, testing, evaluating to coworkers in order to improve our organization.
10 - Obey the rules & disciplines of KMN/ Department as required. Maintain the tools which issued tooling lists accordingly.
