Field Marketing Supervisor (Mandalay)
Job Summary
Work very closely with the Field Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Associate to implement and develop relevant consumer centric and trade programs to achieve sales and brand targets. To prioritize which programs to run within the defined investment resource allocation and set/measure overall portfolio/brand contribution.

Job Description/Requirements
Area of Main Responsibility
Collaboration Skills:
- Works with TMR/SR/BA to develop planning and territory management capability
- Support on program executive
Area Management:
- Strategic understanding of territory significance, issues and potential
- Proper trade segmentation
- Understanding of customer and consumer behavior especially at the store level
- Monitor competitor’s activity both in Trade and Consumer related
- Proposal of grassroots level programs both for Trade and Consumer activation
Synthesis of Marketing and Sales Objectives:
- Understand sales and marketing objectives
- Targeting appropriate consumer segment
Performance Measurement:
- Monitoring program performance at store level with data consolidation
- Monitor competitive activities, propose opportunity and highlight issues
Requirement
Education : Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
Work Experience
- Up to 2 years of experience with FMCG background
- Passionate about achieving individual and team objective
- Self-starter to get things done
- Adaptable, flexible and open to change
- Good team player and can work independently
- Range of influencing style
Language skills
- Excellent communication in Burmese and English
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
