Job Summary

We are looking a Chef for our Rest camp food court located at Kyaukme Township. The selected candidate will be provided accommodation and duty meals.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description

·        - Responsible for all food production including all items produced for restaurant

·        - Menu Setup & price, development, food purchase specification and standard recipes

·        - Cost of products, prepare necessary data for applicable parts of the budget

·        - Project annual food, labor, driver meal, other costs control food waste, raw waste, spoilage and theft

·        - Safeguard all food handlers work practices by implementing training programs to increase their knowledge about safety, hygiene and  accident prevention techniques

·        - Implements measure to minimize food cost

·        - Report to manager and need to attend management meeting

·        - Clean kitchen equipment and kitchen area, safety at all time

·        - Prepare the food to serve customer

·        - Supervise, schedule and coordinates the work of kitchen staff, cook and train to ensure that food preparation is economical, technically correct and within budgeted labor cost goals

·        - Always check product quality & must be check and Control inventory

·        - Evaluate food based on nutrition, methods of preparation, taste, appearance, portion size serving and storage temperature

·        - Receive and store food deliveries properly work closely with Manager & Team

·        - Must be use FIFO & work with Team
