-Coordinate with Customer Care, NOC, and field operation team for FTTx service customers.
-Providing corrective and preventive measurements, maintain and improve the quality of service.
-Develop procedures, regulation, guideline related to the development and handling of problem of FTTx services.
-Maintain inventory and checklist of access network devices such as OLT and others.
-Cooperate with vendors for FTTx service requirements.
-Fix issues and difficulties for FTTx provisioning team.
-Provide technical support to projects related with GPON network.
-Analyze and provide solutions to abnormal complaints in FTTx services.
-Availability of facilitation, Team management and reporting.
-Proposing and participating in training programs.
-Must hold a bachelor degree
-At least 3yrs experienced in FTTx/B2B related work
-Good communications in both English and Myanmar
