- To oversee and manage TCMMR Aftersales operations
- To support dealers aftersales matter
- To ensure Spare Parts stock inventory at a healthy level
- To liaise with Principal on all aftersales related matters.
- To assist new dealers aftersales setup
- Recruitment and training of technical staff
- To organize Service marketing promotion and activities
- Provide Customer satisfaction Soft Skill training
