-To handle overall HR in Mobile field.

Job Descriptions
· To implement HR Plans ,Policies & Procedures according to organizational objectives
· Designing jobs in terms of duties and responsibilities, reporting lines and Manager role.
· Co-ordinate and assist to respective department for the new recruitment staff.
· Orient employees regarding the respective job scope and Company’s vision & mission and to instruct & train new employees.
· Assist in organizing performance appraisal program – monthly and yearly and annual bonus program.
· Co-ordinate and liaise with respective township Labour office for employment contract and Social Security Board for other related benefits of all employees.
· Prepare and maintain the Standard Employment Contract for all employees;
· Participates to advise with HOD and coordinate with all Departments for the performance appraisal exercise of employees.
· Participates to advise on staff welfare and health and safety issues with HOD.
· Prepare & monitoring for compensation & benefit program.
· Check calculate and arrange for process of payroll, allowance & other related matters.
· Assist to organize employee orientation program and training program.
· To prepare HR budget and ensure the activities within budget
· Coordinating and assisting to other Departments for Human Resources Development,
· Able to liaise and communicate with relevant Government Departments.
· Must be able to supervise and coaching of subordinates related matters.
· Able to handle one step of upper & lower position within department.
· Co-ordinate and assist to other Departments for Company's Business.
Minimum requirements
· Minimum of University Graduate/ HR Diploma (MBA will be preferable).
· Minimum 5 years experiences in Admin & HR field.
· Well experienced and knowledge skill in the field of Human Resources Management.
· Must have willing to learn & study related field.
· Effective written and oral communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
· Must be a team player and high motivation, commitment to work and can work under pressure.
· Must be a strong leadership with Good problem solving skill.
