Job Description/Requirements
· Design and facilitate the implementation of change management programs to support cultural and organizational change and performance improvement in line with organizational values;
· Develop, implement, and review HR and OD system processes in line with organizational needs;
· Lead the development and implementation of the staff performance management strategy delivering against agreed performance measures and project plan
· Interpretate internal HR data to identify HR risks understanding HR factors (internal and external)
· Develop performance analysis, KPI reviews, develop activities to support the talent skills, motivation, engagement, well being of employed workforce;
Carry out need assessment for organizational changes in each department, propose recruitment/ promotion for head office staff based on performance and L&D data and discussions with head of department; .Identify skills to be improved and consult L&D to support building capacity
· 4years + experience in organizational development
· Experience as HR Manager, General Manager, L&D … in medium size organization is preferred
· Experience working with senior/ executive management team
· Good communication skills
Advanced level in English proficiency
