  • Staff overtime calculation by daily, monthly
  • Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, leave, late and absent
  • Admin related payment submission such as monthly internet/phone bill and office supplies.
  • Purchase office furniture, equipment, office supplies
  • Computer literate with MS Office(Word , Excel) & Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
