Job Description/Requirements

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR and Administrative functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and Admin Manager
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Retrieve documents from filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash


Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor Degree, preferred Diploma in Human Resource and Administrative Management
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
  • Excellent communication in English Language
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Very Good Problem Solving and Negotiation Skill
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work
