Job Description

• Record the daily attendance for all staff & workers.

• Prepared and recorded Leave balance List. (Daily, Yearly).

• Prepare & Calculate Monthly Overtimes for every employee.

• Responsible to take the process of leave application, keep and maintain leave, absent, and late records for all staff and also prepare monthly reports.

• Prepare all letters Promotion, Transfer, Dismiss, Appointment, Confirmation, and Extension & Office Letter for the employee.

• Must be knowledgeable in Myanmar Labor Law.

• Calculate SSB Process and Income Tax Process.

• Other duties assigned by HR Manager.

• Need to travel and work OT if necessary.   


Job Requirement
• Any Graduate, HR Diploma or relevant degree holder.
• Age between (20~30) years.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR-related fields.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Familiar with HR Attendance Software.( Global Wave Software)
• Excellent communication Skills, Conceptual Skills, Teamwork Skills, and Negotiation skills.
