- Can prepare JD, JS, SOP, Rules & Regulations for all departments.
- To supervise daily attendances & leaves.
- To assess employees’ performance.
- To do ISO forms.
- To do well HR process ( recruitment & selection, payroll, rewards, disciplinary actions, promotion, termination, etc…
- To communicate with government (SSB, Labour Office, etc…)
