-Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
-Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves
-To assist HR Manager
-Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
-To Arrange meetings and training seminars
-Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries
-Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
-Support to other department, other operation etc.
-Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding
-packages and explaining company policies
-Any Graduate & Certificate in HR Management
-At Least 1 years’ experience in HR/Admin Department
-and Office Staff
-Minimum 1 years Experiences in Recruiting
-Must have knowledge of standard HR management process such as recruitment
-Must have Myanmar labor law
-To Assist & Arrangement recruits, interviews ,tests and selects employees
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Teamwork skills, interpersonal skill, communication skill ,negotiation skill.
-Age Between 20 to 25 Years Old.
-Able to work under pressure and willingness to learn.
-Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Power-point).
