  • Experience Level: Graduate trainee
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  • To prepare job advertisements :online & offline
  • To upload and monitor online recruitment  process
  • To assist in identifying suitable candidates in timely manner
  • To fill the vacancies in time
  • To arrange the interviews
  • To prepare the employment contract and other related documentation for new hires
  • To create new hire personnel file  both soft and hard copy
  • To assist in development of JD
  • To give the recruitment & selection status report to HR Manager daily

Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum 2 years in relevant HR experience
  • Computer literate
  • Desire to work as a team
  • Need to have positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to speak English fluently to deal with foreigner
