1. Maintain and update the attendance records and Overtime calculation of all region employees with deadline.
2.Collect monthly PMS score.
3. End to end recruitment process.
4. Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
5. Perform Ad Hoc projects and assignments as required by HR director and HR manager.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Experience Level: Mid level
Experience Length: 2 years
Holds a bachelor degree in Administration or any other relevant degrees or diploma
At least 2 years of experience in HR field.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Exposure to Labor Law and having general knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar. Chinese is a plus.
