Job Description/Requirements
Job Descriptions:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor Degree, preferred Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
- Excellent communication in English Language
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor law
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary
- Very Good Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
- Strong team working skills
- Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
- Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work
