Recruitment and Selection Assist in Payroll and Training Development

Job Description/Requirements
· Communicate with respective departments to get a clear view of their hiring needs and prepare the JD and JS
· Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
· Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms
· Collect and review applications to shortlist candidates
· Make the schedule for the interview with shortlisted individuals
· Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with the job offers
· Check with the salary package or other special issues with the relative HOD/ Director/ COO
· Check the a reference like education background/ policy recommendation/ the record of oversea/ working experience by phone especially
· Inform the final decision the confirmed candidate about hiring process (position/ Salary package/ join date)
· Assist in Payroll and Development Training
