Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsible
- Interview process of arrangement & Interview Record for interview process to get qualified employees
- Posting vacancy announcement in recruitment website (My jobs/Job net) and Facebook
- Screening application and selecting the suitable candidate from applicants and give suggestion and support HR Manager
- Prepare probation letter and give ordination to the new employee
- Preparations & maintenance of employee’s personal records
- Prepare all letters Promotion, Transfer, Dismiss, Warning, Appointment & Office Letter for employee
- Assist for all employee daily attendance
- Collecting leave forms and keeping a track of the leave taken
- Responsible to take process of leave application, upkeep and maintain leave record for all staff and also prepare monthly report
- Calculate and prepare overtime and other benefit and report to HR Manager
- Assist SSB process and data prepare for personal income tax.
- Weekly recruitment & Resignation report to HR Manager
- Prepare of monthly report to HR Manager
- Organize the monthly, quarter and annual meeting
- Attend and present months meeting, Quarter meeting and annual meeting if necessary
Requirement
- Age 20 years and above
- Must be bachelor or Degree Holder
- HR or Management related Degree and Diploma
- Must have (2) years experiences in related field
- Computer literate : MS Office, Word, Power Point and especially for advance excel
- Able be use HR software
- Knowledge of HR function
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
- Can work under pressure
